mindfulness - from player to god's eye view

mindfulness - from player to god's eye view

What's mindfulness?

Let's begin by exploring the official definition:

Mindfulness means living in the present moment. Essentially, it means being (intentionally) more aware and awake to each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in one's surroundings – with acceptance and without judgment.

I perceive mindfulness as a relationship between the subject and the object.

Let's consider an analogy:

When you confine yourself within a 'case,' you may experience sensations like heat, impatience, anxiety, and difficulty breathing – these are all part of your current reality. However, if you step outside that 'case' and quietly observe it, those sensations become detached from you. This doesn't mean the environment within the 'case' is no longer stifling, frustrating, or anxiety-inducing; it's just that your state has shifted from "playing the game" to "watching the game."

Why do people experience negative emotions?

Because you're immersed in the game rather than adopting a god's-eye view, you may feel uncertainty, confusion, hesitation, and anxiety. Therefore, practicing mindfulness is a way to continuously elevate your objective thinking, providing a means to enhance your perspective.

Now, let's delve into why I created the Mindfulness Perfume Collection.

After exploring the majority of high-end to middle-end perfumes and fragrance products on the market, I noticed their excessive focus on commercial appeal, with few embodying the essence of philosophy and inspirations.

Hence, I collaborated with a team to develop ‘Knowingness’ ‘Beingness’ ‘Havingness’ ‘Godness’ perfumes. These four scents incorporate high-energy essential oils and offer distinct scents not commonly found in the market. The synergy of these scents and their energies is designed to guide you towards a life filled with orientation, richness, and joy.
